perimenopause + LS, the hot flushes mid-play are killing me...

so im 47, peri hit me like a truck last yr. been in the LS w hubby 8 yrs, used to love mfm nights at our club in manchester. now? mid-shag the flush comes, im drenched, brain fog, mood drops off a cliff. ive had to tap out twice this yr which is humiliating tbh. the bull was lovely about it both times but i could see hubby worried. anyone else navigated this... do you just push thru, do you pause LS for a yr, do you tell play partners up front?? feeling old and a bit done w it all rn x
