photosensitive epilepsy + club lighting... can the LS work for me or should i give up on clubs

diagnosed w photosensitive epilepsy in my late 20s, im 38 now. seizures controlled w meds for the most part but strobe lighting, certain frequencies of flickering, and exhaustion all trigger me. me and partner just started exploring the LS and i went to my first club last month in newcastle and had a partial seizure in the toilets bc of the strobe in the main room. luckily partner found me and we left safely. now im scared to try again but i loved the vibe and the ppl we met. any other epileptics in the LS, do u just avoid clubs entirely or are there ways to make it work
