PrEP for hetero men in MFM situations — overkill or worth it?

H38, hetero, in a hotwife type setup with my wife for abt 18 months. she plays with other men, sometimes its MFM with me there, sometimes its just her with him while i watch. we use condoms always but she also goes down without and so does the other guy sometimes on her. theres no MM contact between me and the other guys. recently a guy at my buddy's bachelor party (gay guy, cool dude) was talking abt PrEP and it got me thinking — does it make sense for me? im low risk for HIV in the traditional sense but the LS isnt zero risk. on the other hand its a daily pill with monitoring, kinda overkill maybe. anyone here a non-bi guy on PrEP in the lifestyle context? im open to hearing both "yes worth it" and "nah ur fine just keep condoms" arguments. wife is on iud but tests q3mo with me
