pronouns at the door, which clubs actually ask and which dont small thing but it has become my litmus test... when we did our first booking at a place in birmingham the intake form had a pronouns field, and then on the night the host literally said "and what pronouns are we using tonight" before showing us around. it was such a small thing and it changed the entire vibe for my partner who is non-binary. since then i've been keeping an informal list. which uk/au/ca venues actually do this in your experience? and which ones explicitly DONT (red flag list welcome). dropping mine in replies if anyone wants to compare notes...
