psychosexual therapist who is also in the LS... where do i even draw the line

so im a qualified psychosexual therapist and ive been working with couples for nearly 8yrs. ive also been in the LS personally with dh for about 5. when clients raise non monogamy or the LS i can hold the work brilliantly precisely BECAUSE i know the terrain, but ngl i never disclose my own engagement and the question of whether thats fully ethical or just protective sometimes nags at me. like there's a difference between therapeutic self disclosure (sometimes useful) and a power imbalance / boundary violation (never ok). also the practical issue of running into clients at events, which has happened twice now and is awful even when handled well. anyone else dual hat like this? how do u think about the disclosure question, the boundaries, the bumping into ppl part of it...
