real talk about toy cleaning after a meet, what do you actually do when youre at someone elses house with a wet bag of toys
right this is the bit nobody actually talks about. weve been on the scene 3 yrs (mid 30s, both, glasgow), and the more we play with other couples the more this practical reality of "what do you do with the wet toys at 2am in someones spare bathroom" keeps coming up. at home its fine. session ends, toys go straight into the bathroom sink, warm water, antibacterial cleaner, dry, away. but at someone elses house, especially at a meet where youre going home that night or driving back to a hotel, theres this awkward 20 minute window of you've finished, the toys are visibly wet, the lube is silicone-based and weirdly slidey, theres bodily fluids on stuff, and you're standing in someones spare bedroom with a damp pile of silicone going "and now i put this... where". what do ppl actually do. small dry bag inside the wash bag and you just throw the wet kit in til you get home? do a quick rinse in the host bathroom? wipe down with a flannel and bag it dry-ish? carry a small bottle of toy cleaner to spray on site? im also a bit conscious that the host couple shouldnt have to deal with our bodily fluids in their bin or sink, which sounds obvious but its actually a real thing nobody briefs you on. vets — what does your post-meet kit packdown actually look like minute by minute. asking bc weve had one or two slightly awkward "hand me a towel please" moments and id like to look a bit more put together about the cleanup phase next time
