serving police officer + LS, the discipline regs are vague af

PC in a county force in the south of england, dh and i have been LS about 18mo. the standards of professional behaviour talk about "discreditable conduct" which is so wide you could fit a bus through it tbh. ive read the IOPC published outcomes and there are officers whove had discipline for stuff way more innocuous than what we get up to on a saturday. but ive also read ones where officers in the LS had complaints made and the panel basically went "this is their private life, no nexus to duty, dismissed". so its all over the place. the bigger fear is honestly less the regs and more some scrote i nicked clocking me at a club and trying to use it lol. anyone else job + LS who can talk me down or confirm my fears...
