she negotiates with every couple and i feel like a passenger

cardiff couple been in the scene 2 years. shes really good at the front end of meets. the messaging the vetting the chemistry checks. genuinely talented at it. but ive realised ive become totally passive. she texts me "we're meeting jenny and tom saturday" and i go along. ive met some lovely couples this way but i feel like a passenger in my own ls. how do other couples split the labour without one person becoming the manager and the other the talent
