so my mate's wedding reception kind of... turned into something else. unintentionally

this is a story everyone in our edinburgh group tells. two LS couples got married, traditional ceremony at a hotel, beautiful day. parents and family left at like 11pm as is tradition... and basically everyone who stayed was from "the scene". nobody planned this. but by 1am the hotel suite turned into a soft swap situation that nobody saw coming and nobody objected to. the bride and groom apparently still laugh about it. is this a known phenomenon in your scene cause i feel like we all know couples this happens to.... has anyone else been to an LS wedding where this just... happens?
