someone took photos at the club and we didnt see them doing it

so we went to a club in manchester last weekend, decent crowd, phones supposed to be in the locker. fast forward to monday and a mate sends me a screenshot from some telegram group with my wife on a sofa with another woman in the background. clearly someone smuggled a phone in. the club says they cant do anything cuz they cant prove who took it. wife is shaken obvs and i feel like an idiot for trusting the rule. has anyone actually got a club to act on this or is it just gone forever once its out there... the angle was from across the room so could be anyone in that corner. were not even doing anythng wild in the shot but its the principle innit
