tattoos in the lifestyle — does heavy ink actually change how ppl approach a couple

me and dh are both pretty heavily tattooed, both sleeves, both have chest and back work, dh has a neck piece, im close to a full bodysuit. we love our ink, its part of who we are. we've been in the scene about 18 months and ive noticed we tend to either get strong interest right away or get visibly skipped, almost no in between. wondering if this is a real pattern or just us being self conscious. for couples with a lot of visible ink, did u find ur dating pool shrunk but matched stronger... or did u find specific events/clubs were more receptive than others. and for couples WITHOUT a ton of ink — be honest, does heavy tattoo work change ur read of a potential play couple at all (intimidating, surprising, hot, irrelevant). genuinely curious
