teenage kids and reverse image search, how worried should i be

we've got two teenagers in the house, 14 and 16, both glued to phones, both technically savvy. weve always used cropped face hidden pics on our profiles but i went down a rabbit hole this week reading about reverse image search being part of google lens by default now and i can see a path where one of them, bored, runs lens over a picture from our holiday or whatever, and it pulls a hit on a swinger app. probably extremely unlikely but how worried am i being. has anyone actually had a kid stumble onto a parents ls profile via reverse image search... what are the realistic risks
