the cold dark january club night that pulled us back in

so we'd basically tapped out of clubs for 6 months cos of work stress and life stuff and our host did one of those small "warm up" jan nights... 8 couples in a cosy upstairs room above a pub in leeds, candles, mulled wine, no pressure. and it pulled us right back in. has anyone else had one of those "right night right time" experiences that re-ignited the LS for u? im curious if the small dark winter nights are actually more powerful than the big summer ones for reconnection. our host says jan is her fav month for hosting cos only the truly keen come out... maybe shes onto something
