the couple we never actually played with somehow became our best mates

so this is mad... met C&M at a club in manchester nearly 3 years ago now, had drinks, flirted abit, went home seperate ways. kept bumping into them at events and the chemistry was always there but somehow we never actually swapped or done anything. now we go on holidays together, the wives do brunch every other weekend, our kids dont know eachother but the parents r tighter than my vanilla friendships ever were... is this normal in the LS? feels like we skipped the play and went straight to deep friendship and im not mad about it but its weird innit
