theres a couple in our friend group thats been there from the start, lovely people, we genuinely adore them. but they cancel EVERYTHING. tickets booked? cancelled morning of. hotel takeover? "sorry babysitter let us down". weekend away? "feeling under the weather". its been 4 yrs of this. at what point do u stop inviting them? feel guilty even thinking it but the rest of the group is starting to mutter and i dont want to drop them coz they're actually amazing when they do show up... what would u do
