the monday at work after wild saturday, mental switching is brutal i don't know if anyone else gets this but the monday after a really intense night out (we had a foursome saturday, finished about 4am) i find it almost impossible to function at work. not hungover exactly, more like my brain's still living in saturday night. i'm a project manager so a lot of meetings and i keep zoning out remembering things. anyone got actual practical tips for switching back to professional mode the next working day? i love what we do but the monday transition is doing me in
