the politics in our LS group chat... a level deeper than vanilla friendships

ok so we're in a group of about 12 couples and the politics are getting wild. theres the "popular" couples who get invited to everything, the couples who feel left out, the one couple everyone secretly thinks is a bit problematic but nobody wants to address it, and the new joiners who are still trying to figure out the pecking order. is this just human nature? feels heightened in the LS because theres an extra layer of who plays with who, whos compatible, whos a no for someone. its like high school sometimes... love them all but the dynamics are exhausting
