the strangers at a hotel bar game, anyone else got proper rules for it?

so me and the missus started doing this last yr in manchester, basically we book the hotel, i go down the bar first, she comes down 30 min later and pretends she doesnt know me at all... whole point is i have to chat her up like i never met her. we got a few rules now, no touching the ring, no using real names, if either of us says the word "rosemary" the games over no questions. its mental how into it she gets, like properly different person. anyone else play this and got rules we should nick? we sometimes invite a 3rd into the "stranger" thing too but thats another story...
