year 2. we'd had a bad night in brighton with a couple who turned out to be subtly mean to my wife in a way i didnt clock at the time. she didnt tell me until the drive home and i drove the rest in shellshock. we said never again. we cancelled everything for 4 months. and then this place... someone on here posted about taking a fallow season on purpose and rebuilding from scratch with new vetting habits, and we used their framework and crawled back in slowly. four years later we're still here and the vetting habits saved us a hundred times over. so so glad we didn't close the door for good that night. thank you to whoever posted that...
