vaginal atrophy + LS... the things i WISH id known earlier

posting bcs id have given anything for someone to tell me this stuff in my late 40s. im 57 now in wellington. atrophy snuck up on me. sex w hubby was getting uncomfortable then painful, club nights w bulls became something i dreaded then avoided. i thought lube + patience would fix it, it didnt. saw a meno specialist who put me on local oestrogen pessaries and within 8 weeks i had my body back. why is no one talking abt this in LS spaces. how many of us have quietly stepped back from play bcs we thought ageing meant the end of sex... please share what helped you
