voice-passing trans woman + LS, the moment a play partner clocks

ok this is a niche question. i pass visually and most of the time vocally too but if i'm talking for an extended period or if i'm moaning or making non-verbal noises i sometimes get clocked. it's happened twice now mid-scene, the partner's body language shifted, and both times it ended the energy in the room cleanly. neither was hostile, just dead. i'm not in the closet, i'm not trying to deceive, but i'm also not interested in doing a disclosure routine before every play scene if i can avoid it. how have other trans women in the same boat managed the live-clock moment? do you front-load the conversation, do you let people figure it out, do you have a rehearsed line for when it happens...
