welsh LS scene... cardiff and swansea options or do we just drive to bristol every time

genuine question for any welsh couples here... we're in the valleys and every weekend we end up driving to bristol cos we can't find a decent regular venue in cardiff or swansea. is there actually a proper club scene in wales or has it all moved to private parties and house meets?? we don't mind the drive but the petrol and hotel costs are mounting up and surely cardiff is big enough to sustain a venue?? maybe we're looking in the wrong places. any welsh ppl who can tell us whats happening locally would be a lifesaver...
