wrote this for myself as a sort of letter to me 3 yrs ago. you'll feel jealous less than you think but worse than you imagine when you do. your partner will surprise you... in the best and most uncomfortable ways. saying no is a full feature not a bug. the first 'real' connection with another couple will scare you more than the first sexual encounter did. you'll lose two friends in your monog circle and gain four new ones youd never have met. money for hotels childcare and clubs adds up faster than you'd guess. take it slow. take it slower than that. anyone want to add to the list... what do you wish you'd known on day zero
