what's your morning after pill protocol... asking after a wobbly night

so i took the morning after pill yesterday for the first time in literally 15 years and i feel like i'm 22 again going into the pharmacy lol. long story short, condom came off and stayed inside, we did find it but only after a bit and i wasn't taking chances. i'm 41, not on any other contraception cos perimenopause is making me bleed unpredictably and the gp said i don't need to be. dh and i felt a bit silly going thru this but better safe. anyway what i wanted to ask... do people in the LS keep ec in the house just in case? feels like something we should just have on the shelf like paracetamol given how often we play. also any tips for the absolute monster nausea, i nearly threw the thing back up an hour later
