year one anniversary in the lifestyle.. what i felt looking back

just hit our 1 yr anniversary in the LS and we did a little ritual where we sat with a tea and listed what surprised us. top of my list was how much closer we got. i genuinely thought it would be all hot nights and party stories but the actual gift was the conversations. we've talked more in this year than the previous five combined. she said the same thing first. asked her what surprised her most and she said 'that i still fancy you more than anyone else we've met'. cried a bit ngl. anyone else mark anniversaries in the LS? feels weird to celebrate but also it's the biggest thing we've done together
