4Send your voice note or photodirectly in the conversation.
5A moderator approves your profileas quickly as possible: the blue badge then appears next to your nickname.

Three methods to choose from

A voice noteusing the mic button, say your nickname clearly and introduce yourself in a few words. As a couple, take turns speaking: both voices must be heard.
Your ID documenta photo of the front only, sent as view-once: only the moderator can open it, just once. For a couple, the woman’s ID is requested.
A photo with a handwritten noteyour face and a sheet of paper handwritten with “obuny”, your nickname and today’s date. AI-generated images are refused.

What you send stays confidential

Your verification voice notes and photos are never published. They are used only by the moderator to approve your profile.

Frequently asked questions

Is verification compulsory?

No. In the UK and across Europe, it’s entirely optional: you can message, post stories and events and chat in rooms without being verified. It’s simply an extra mark of trust.
